The honest problem
Your team is curious but stuck.
They know AI matters. They've seen ChatGPT. They've heard the buzzwords. But day-to-day, almost no one's actually using it. One generic training session won't change that — workshops plus 30 days of follow-up support will.
What you get
Three deliverables. One AI-confident team.
Industry-Tailored Workshops
Not generic 'ChatGPT 101'. Real prompts and workflows for your sector — legal, healthcare, trades, e-comm, services. Your team leaves with templates they'll actually use Monday.
Tool Stack Setup
We pick the right AI tools for your team and budget, configure them, set permissions and pay-as-you-go controls so no one accidentally racks up $400 of OpenAI credit in a day.
Playbooks & Templates
Take-home prompt libraries, SOPs, role-specific cheat sheets. Six months from now your team still has them — and your new hires get trained from day one.
How it works
From curious to confident in 30 days.
Pre-workshop audit
Week 1. We survey your team — current skill level, daily tasks, biggest pain points. The curriculum is built for them, not from a template.
Custom curriculum
Week 2. We design the session(s) — examples in your industry, hands-on exercises, real tools.
Workshops
Half-day or full-day, on-site in Sydney or virtual. Small groups so everyone gets hands-on with their own laptop, not watching from the back.
30-day post-support
Slack channel + email coaching for 30 days. Your team gets stuck mid-task — we unstick them. Adoption is what actually matters.
Who it's for
For teams stuck at “we should use AI”.
Teams of 5–50
Too big for one-on-one upskilling, too small to hire an internal AI lead. Workshops are the right fit.
Service businesses going AI-fluent
Agencies, consultancies, accountants, lawyers. AI is now table-stakes for your billable rate.
Agencies pitching AI to clients
You can't sell what you can't do. Get your team confident with the tools before you sell them.
Companies stuck at "we should use AI"
Where everyone agrees AI matters but no one's actually using it. We close that gap fast.
Common questions
The things people ask before booking.
Do you run workshops virtually or in person?
+
Both. Sydney teams get on-site (we travel to you). Remote/regional teams get virtual via Zoom. Hybrid (some in the room, some remote) works too — we design for it.
How big should the team be?
+
5–25 per workshop is the sweet spot. Smaller groups get hands-on time; bigger groups become a lecture and adoption tanks. For larger orgs we run multiple sessions by team or seniority.
Will my team actually use what we learn?
+
That's the whole point. Workshops without follow-through are entertainment. We include 30 days of post-support and provide playbooks people keep open at their desk. Adoption rates from our last 8 trainings: 70%+ at 60 days.
Do you do industry-specific training?
+
Yes — that's the differentiator. Healthcare, legal, accounting, e-comm, trades, real estate, agencies. Real prompts for real tasks in your industry, not generic 'write a marketing email' demos.
How much does it cost?
+
Half-day workshops start at $2k AUD; full-day at $3.5k; multi-session programs from $6k+. The right scope depends on team size and depth — we quote after the audit.
Can you train management separately from operators?
+
Yes — and we usually recommend it. Leaders need strategy + delegation literacy. Operators need hands-on tool fluency. Different sessions, different content, both critical.
